You are a sales professional with a successful track record of growing and developing it. In your position

  • you grow our HAPPYMOOR HARBOUR business ecosystem: our business network of B2C companies and communities, city partnerships that support regional co-operation, and ecosystem partnerships that support Harbour’s service business.
  • you develop and accelerate the sales of our Dockyard’s shared and company-specific business development tools
  • you build and lead our Crew Sales Organisation to support our growth goals.
  • you create a model to listen to the needs and actions of the members of our business ecosystem and help lead the insight to develop a scalable business model and service offering.

Our success is ultimately measured by how much we are able to add value to the companies and communities that have joined the Harbour Network and thereby accelerate their sustainable growth business.

You roll up your sleeves with the experienced grip of a dock worker, boldly grab the phone and skillfully negotiate win-win solutions. An understanding of the experience industry and knowledge of agile development and project implementation will help you succeed in your work. You may have experience in scalable service business and successful growth hacking. You will succeed in international waters if you have at least an excellent command of English. Besides Finnish, you preferably speak Swedish too. You live in Finland, but you are willing to travel both in Finland and abroad if necessary.
